Coast & Co. aim to dispatch all home accessories and gift orders within two working days, some deliveries may take longer, .
Furniture orders of stock items are dispatched separately and may take 7 – 10 days to confirm delivery date with you.  Some furniture items may take 6-12 weeks to ship, please see individual items for more details.

Many of our furniture and upholstery items are made to order, depending on your choice of fabric colour & finish.  We will update you with an estimated delivery date shortly after you place your order for custom made items.
Please ensure that you are available to receive delivery of your order on the day that it is due to arrive with you (you will be notified in advance of expected delivery day).
All goods must be signed for by an adult when they are delivered.

Damaged or Faulty
Check your item thoroughly when you receive it to ensure there is no damage. In the rare occasion that any part of your order arrives damaged or faulty please do not accept it from the courier, and advise us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order) so that we can replace your item. If you have accepted the order and signed for it prior to realising it is damaged or faulty, then please ensure you take photos of the damaged / faulty goods and include them with details of your order before contacting us. We cannot refund any postage costs if you do not contact us first to advise that you are returning a damaged or faulty item.

Change of Mind
In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your order and want to receive a refund, then please get in touch with us within two days of receiving your order. Contact us by email with full details of your order and specify which item(s) you are returning. Returning items must be tracked in order for you to receive a refund. Please ensure you track your return. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit which you are returning to us for a refund. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused and in such a condition that they can be resold. After we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund within twenty eight days.
