At Coast & Co, we design homes that feel refined, considered and effortless to live in. It's not about following trends or filling a room with nice things. It's about creating spaces that genuinely support the way you live, move and unwind, built on a clear process and a level of detail that lasts well beyond the install.
We work with busy professionals and families across Ireland and Northern Ireland who are renovating, furnishing or building their homes from the ground up. Whether it's a single room that's never quite worked, a full-home renovation, or a new build you want guided from first decisions through to final styling, our clients come to us because they want it handled properly, without the stress of managing it themselves.
How It Works
1 — Design Consultation (€250)
Every project starts here. This 60–90 minute working session is where we walk through your space, talk through your goals and map out the right direction for your home. You'll leave with real clarity, not just ideas, but a genuine sense of how the project will come together. If you move forward with a full project, this fee comes off your final investment.
2 — Design & Planning
Once we've agreed the direction, we build out the full design: layout, material and finish selections, furniture and lighting specification, and a clear plan for how the space will be brought to life. You'll see everything before a single trade is booked.
3 — Sourcing & Coordination
We source every product and finish, liaise directly with trades and suppliers, and manage the moving parts so you're not chasing deliveries or fielding questions from contractors. This is the part of the process most people dread. We take it off your plate entirely.
4 — Site Visits & Install
We're on-site at key stages to make sure everything lands exactly as designed, right through to final styling and handover. The result is a home that looks the way it was meant to, not a compromise shaped by whoever happened to be free on the day.

Investment
Every project begins with a Design Consultation (€250, credited toward your project if you proceed), the foundation step for shaping an accurate plan and quote for your home. Full-service projects start at €2,500, with investment scaling to the size and complexity of your project.
Who You're Working With
Coast & Co Studio was founded by Eavan and Aoife, two interior designers with complementary specialisms. Eavan leads on spatial design and the architecture of a room, while Aoife brings a fashion designer's eye for colour, styling and the finishing details that make a space feel personal. Both perspectives are in the room from the very first consultation. You're working directly with us, not a junior, not a team you've never met.

1. How long does a full design project take?
It depends on scope. A single-room refresh typically runs 6–8 weeks from consultation to install. Full-home renovations and new builds can run several months. We'll give you a realistic timeline specific to your project at the consultation stage.
2. Is the €250 consultation fee deducted from my project cost?
Yes. If you move forward with a full design project, the €250 is credited against your final investment. It only stands as a standalone fee if you choose not to proceed.
3. Do you work outside Ireland and Northern Ireland?
Our full-service design is based in Ireland and Northern Ireland, where we manage site visits and trade coordination in person. If you're based elsewhere, our Virtual Design service is built for exactly that.
4. What happens after the consultation?
You'll receive a clear proposal covering scope, timeline and investment. If you decide to proceed, we move into design and planning before any trades are involved, so there are no surprises once work begins.
5. Is there a minimum project size?
We work across single-room refreshes through to full-home renovations and new builds. If you're not sure your project is the right fit, the consultation is the best way to find out, no pressure either way.
