You receive a complete design plan tailored specifically to your space, your lifestyle and your budget.
This is not a quick mood board or styling suggestion.
It is a structured design strategy that allows you to move forward with confidence.
The Layered Room Plan is ideal if you:

Suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, home offices, nurseries, guest rooms and similar furnishing-focused spaces.
Kitchens and bathrooms can be considered on request and may require a tailored scope.
Each Layered Room Plan includes:
• A 60 minute Design Strategy Consultation via Zoom
• A tailored concept board capturing the direction of the space
• Two refinement rounds
• A scaled 2D furniture layout to ensure correct proportions and flow
• A detailed sourcing specification with recommended retailers appropriate to your location
• Lighting and finish recommendations
• Styling guidance to complete the room cohesively
• A clear implementation guide outlining next steps
Everything is delivered digitally, allowing you to implement the design at your own pace.
Optional add-ons such as 3D visualisations, joinery sketches or detailed lighting plans are available if required.

You provide photos, measurements, inspiration and an outline budget. We meet virtually to discuss your goals, how you use the space and what you want it to feel like.
Step 2: Design Development
We develop a full design plan tailored to your room, ensuring layout, scale and finish selections work cohesively.
Step 3: Presentation
You receive your complete Layered Room Plan package, ready to implement.
Step 4: Bring It To Life
You order directly using the provided specification and bring the space together with clarity and confidence.
Layered Room Plans start from €895 per room.
We take on a limited number of projects each month to ensure each design receives the attention it deserves.
All Layered Room Plans begin with a paid Design Strategy Consultation.
This focused 60-minute session (€250) allows us to review your space in detail, clarify your goals and confirm scope before proceeding.
Following your consultation, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining your Layered Room Plan.
If you choose to move forward, the €250 consultation fee is credited toward your full design package.
