Virtual Interior Design: New Build & Renovation (Deposit)

For clients building or buying a new home or taking on a major renovation, who want every finish, colour and key piece to work together from the start. We guide you through the decisions that matter most, so your home feels considered and complete rather than pieced together room by room. Work directly with Eavan or Aoife, no rotating team, no site visit required.

Pricing
The New Build & Renovation package starts from €1,895. Your final fee depends on the scope of your project, such as the size of your home and the number of spaces involved. This €500 deposit secures your booking and is deducted from your final fee. We'll confirm your full price once we've reviewed your questionnaire and plans, before any design work begins. If your confirmed fee isn't right for you, we'll refund your deposit less a €150 brief review fee.

How it works
1. Book with your deposit. Your €500 deposit secures your place in our schedule.
2. Tell us about your home. After booking, you'll complete a design questionnaire covering how you live, your style references and your budget. We'll ask for your house plans or architect's drawings, any builder's specification, and photos of your home, site or show house.
3. We confirm your fee. Once we've reviewed your brief and plans, we'll confirm your final price so there are no surprises.
4. We get to work. We create a whole-house design direction, bringing your colours, materials and key furniture together so every space connects.
5. Your design arrives. Once your balance is paid, you'll receive your full digital design presentation within 4 to 6 weeks of us receiving everything we need.
6. Bring it to life. Share your selections with your builder and suppliers, and furnish at your own pace with a clear plan to follow. One round of revisions is included.

FAQs

Do I need to be based in Ireland or the UK?
Not at all. We work with clients across Ireland, the UK and internationally. All communication happens by email, with your design delivered as a digital PDF.

What do I need to provide?
Your house plans or architect's drawings, any builder's specification or finish options, photos of your home, site or show house, and a completed design questionnaire we'll send you after booking.

When is the best time to book?
As early as possible, ideally once your plans are finalised and before your builder asks for your selections. If you have a deadline, let us know when you book and we'll work to it where we can.

Can you work with my builder's finishes or existing features?
Yes. If your builder offers a set range of finishes, we'll choose from those and recommend where an upgrade is worth it. For renovations, we'll work around anything you're keeping, such as flooring, a kitchen or original features.

What if I'm mid-renovation?
That's fine, and actually ideal timing. We can work from builder's photos, architectural drawings or just dimensions.

Why is the price "from" €1,895?
Every home is different. A larger house or one with more spaces takes more design time. We'll confirm your exact fee after reviewing your plans, before we start.

How does the revision round work?
Once you receive your design, you'll give us consolidated feedback in one round and we'll incorporate everything into a final revised presentation.

How do payments work?
Your €500 deposit is paid at checkout to secure your booking. The balance is due by bank transfer before your design presentation is sent, and covers your round of revisions.
