Two connected or complementary spaces, designed together and delivered remotely. Popular for open-plan living and dining, or a primary bedroom and ensuite. Work directly with Eavan or Aoife, no rotating team, no site visit required.

Pricing
The Two Rooms package starts from €1,095. Your final fee depends on the scope of your project, such as the size of the spaces and how much detail is involved. This €300 deposit secures your booking and is deducted from your final fee. We'll confirm your full price once we've reviewed your questionnaire, before any design work begins. If your confirmed fee isn't right for you, we'll refund your deposit less a €95 brief review fee.

How it works
1. Book with your deposit. Your €300 deposit secures your place in our schedule.
2. Tell us about your spaces. After booking, you'll complete a short design questionnaire covering how you use each room, your style references and your budget. We'll ask for photos and any existing floor plans.
3. We confirm your fee. Once we've reviewed your brief, we'll confirm your final price so there are no surprises.
4. We get to work. Your designer develops a concept direction, space plan and sourced mood board for both rooms, so they work together as well as on their own.
5. Your design arrives. Once your balance is paid, you'll receive your full digital design presentation within 3 to 4 weeks of us receiving everything we need: concept boards, floor plans, curated furniture and product schedule with direct shopping links, paint and finish recommendations, and a styling guide.
6. Bring it to life. You handle ordering and styling at your own pace, with a clear plan to follow. One round of revisions is included.

FAQs

Do I need to be based in Ireland or the UK?
Not at all. We work with clients across Ireland, the UK and internationally. All communication happens by email, with your design delivered as a digital PDF.

What do I need to provide?
Room dimensions, photos of your existing spaces, any floor plans you have, and a completed design questionnaire we'll send you after booking.

Why is the price "from" €1,095?
Every project is different. A large open-plan space or a room with built-in joinery takes more design time than a simple bedroom. We'll confirm your exact fee after reviewing your brief, before we start.

How does the revision round work?
Once you receive your design, you'll give us consolidated feedback in one round (changes to product choices, layout adjustments, colour queries) and we'll incorporate everything into a final revised presentation. Additional rounds can be added at €95 per room.

What if I'm mid-renovation and don't have finished rooms to photograph?
That's fine, and actually ideal timing. We can work from builder's photos, architectural drawings or just dimensions.

How do payments work?
Your €300 deposit is paid at checkout to secure your booking. The balance is due by bank transfer before your design presentation is sent, and covers your round of revisions.
